When are you open?
Monday – Saturday, 9am to 6pm
Sunday, 10am to 5pm

Do you have a manager on site?
Yes, we have a manager on site seven days a week for your security.

How safe is the facility?
In addition to having a manager on site, we have a fence surrounding the facility as well as electronic access control and computerized gates. We’re secured with 24-hour video surveillance. Each unit is provided with a bolt-cutter-proof cylinder lock, instead of the old-fashion padlocks. The facility is well lit 24 hours a day with restricted access.

Do I need a lock for my storage unit?
A bolt-cutter-proof cylinder lock is included with your rental. We are the only storage facility in the area with these special locks.

Can I enter the facility after hours?
Yes, you may enter 6am - 10pm daily.

Do you sell insurance for my unit?
Yes. We offer several affordable insurance options for your peace of mind.

Do you sell boxes?
Yes. sell small, medium, large boxes and wardrobe boxes.

Do you sell moving supplies?
Yes. We sell all kinds of moving supplies. (boxes, rope, plastic furniture covers, ties, gloves, etc.)

Do you accept parcel deliveries?
No.

Do you have climate-controlled units?
Yes, we have two different sizes of units available. They are 5 feet by 8 feet and 8 feet by 10 feet.

PACK, WRAP AND STACK IT
At Attic Pantry, we know storage and we’re happy to share our expertise with you. Here are our top 6 tips for storage success.

No. 1: Store items you need to get to often in front. It’s so much easier when you want a quick pick up. The Sharpie is your friend. Label, label, label. Don’t waste time opening boxes you don’t need to open.

No. 2: Don’t over pack boxes. The less you have bulging seems and irregular shapes, the better your stuff fares over time. No tumbles, no rips, no tears.

No. 3: Cover your furniture. Keep it safe. This is a place you don’t want to skimp. Covering your furniture is cheaper than replacing it. We can recommend the best way to protect your furniture.

No. 4: Keep doors to appliances, such as refrigerators open for ventilation. The circulation of air keeps bacteria and mold from forming.

No. 5: Make sure you drain all equipment that requires gas or oil. It protects your stuff and your well-being.

No. 6: If you’re storing videotapes, tapes, photos, books or other sensitive items, protect them by using climate-controlled storage unit.
